Please expect commissions to take between a 1 month or 3 months, depending on how much detail there is.
I have the right to decline your commission at my discretion.
I do NOT accept AI-generated "art" as references or model art.
I take payment up-front or discuss a payment plan.
I am only a human and need time to recharge! I will not work on the weekend; please don't expect any updates there.

I WON'T DO

Payments must be paid within 24 to 48 hours once confirming the invoice has been filed. If a payment plan was discussed, payment will be paid as discussed.
I usually will invoice you unless stated otherwise.
I will always have tips open if you’d like to tip me to support me or if you like my work!
I do accept payment plans:
for rigging or model art commissions, I accept a maximum of 4 payments. I will only do as much work as is covered by the payment.

If you want to have your commission done by a specific date, you can pay a rush fee of 15% of the commission price, depending on how soon it is. This means your commission will be the top priority.
Any massive edits w/o prior indication exceeding three (3) will result in 10+ € per additional edit, depending on where the said commission/design status is near completion. This is primarily set in stone if there were no explicit references from the beginning. If it is something that I have missed or is just not what you had in mind, there will be no charges.
You must be 18 years of age before commissioning anything suggestive from me. I am allowed to ask for proof of your age to be sure.

Please expect commissions to take between a week or two months, depending on how much detail there is and which commission type you requested.
All files will be send to you via discord or a google drive link.

You will get:

ready-to-rig model/fully rigged model within 1-3 months starting from the moment I start working (depending on complexity)
all files for it to run on VtubeStudio
light commercial use rights

YOU CAN

Upload to any website, but you must give me proper art credit in regard to my art and/or characters
Print to have for yourself. (Clothing, blankets, posters, etc...)
Use for streaming (light commercial rights are included)

YOU CAN'T

Claim the artwork or design as your own (if I made the design).
Commercially use my work w/o paying the appropriate fee or agreement.
Remove my watermark and/or signature.
Trace/copy/alter the piece without my explicit permission.

I usually don’t do refunds. Pls, keep that in mind! You know you want to commission me, so please have the money.
All unfinished works that were refunded may be sold as a YCH later.

Artist Cancellation

Discouraged by the piece due to finding it too tricky or life happens, it will result in a full refund.
You do have the option to change the idea of the commission, whether it be the theme or characters.
